### Why some prices say "contact for current price"
Screen, battery and iPad pricing on newer models shifts with supplier rates and genuine Apple part availability. Rather than publish prices that go out of date, we quote current pricing when a customer contacts us with their exact model and the fault. Fixed-price items above are locked in.

## What iOS verification of a genuine Apple part looks like
After fitting a genuine Apple screen to iPhone 12 or newer, a customer can verify authenticity in Settings → General → About → Parts and Service History. The display row will show "This is a genuine Apple part" with a green checkmark. If the screen is aftermarket (LCD copy or premium OLED), iOS will show "Unknown Part" with an amber warning. Neither warning affects how the phone functions — it is informational only.

## Warranty
No fix, no fee policy — if a repair cannot be completed, the customer pays nothing. Customers only pay for repairs that have worked. Some repair tiers include warranty periods — contact the business for current warranty terms.

A: Yes; free as part of any diagnosis. iPads do not expose battery health the way iPhones do, so the only way to know is hooking up to the right diagnostic.

**Q: Can you supply genuine Apple iPad parts?**
