Meet Graham — the bloke actually doing your repair
I'm Graham. I've been fixing iPhones since the iPhone 3GS launched in 2009 — that's 16 years and counting. The path here isn't a normal one.
I started at the kitchen table fixing phones for friends and family to learn the craft. Then I took it on the road as a mobile repair service around Liverpool — which is how, in 2015, I ended up being the guy Liverpool Football Club called when they needed staff phones repaired. I worked on-site at their Chapel Street offices for years, and when Jürgen Klopp first arrived from Germany, the club asked me to handle his repair at his Sefton Park flat. He was every bit as warm as he seems on TV.
Before going independent, I was Team Leader at Elite Innovations, managing a team of six technicians and overseeing hundreds of iPhone repairs per week. That experience — building a team, hitting volume, never dropping the quality — sits behind every job that comes through my workshop now.
Today it's just me, in a dedicated workshop in Banks. Same hands. Same standards. No middlemen, no apprentices doing the actual work, no "we'll get back to you tomorrow." Drive over, I do your repair, you drive home.

Apple calls iPads "sealed units" and pushes you to buy a new one. We actually repair them — screens that don't lift thanks to Tesa tape and 3M primer, board-level charging port work, battery replacements. If Apple turned you away, start here.
