Most iPhone screen repairs take 15 to 20 minutes on the bench. You drive over to the workshop in Banks, wait in your car, and drive home with a working phone. No shipping, no loaner, no "come back tomorrow."
Before you book, send us a quick message or call with your iPhone model — we carry common screens in stock but not every tier for every model. If the screen you want is here, you come over the same day. If not, it's in next morning from our parts supplier and we book you for the day after.
Most shops won't tell you which screen they're fitting. We always will. Here are the three options and what each one actually means for your phone.
The budget option. Aftermarket LCD display. Colours slightly duller than the original OLED, black levels not as deep, but fully functional — touch, brightness, auto-rotate, everything works.
iOS will show an "Unknown Part" warning in Settings. That's normal for any non-genuine screen and does not affect how the phone works.
Good for: tight budgets, backup phones, or older iPhones where the repair should be proportionate to the device value.
Our most popular tier. Aftermarket OLED using the same display technology as the original Apple screen. Colours and blacks visually close to factory — most customers can't tell the difference.
Significantly cheaper than genuine Apple while avoiding the biggest downsides of LCD copies. iOS still shows the unknown part notice.
Good for: everyday use where you want the phone to look right but don't need Apple-verified parts.
The real thing. A new genuine Apple screen, iOS-verified with the green checkmark in Settings → General → About reading "This is a genuine Apple part."
Indistinguishable from factory — because it is factory. No iOS warning, full True Tone support, identical visual quality to the day you bought the phone.
iPhone 12 and newer only — Apple doesn't sell new genuine screens for older models.
A note on genuine Apple availability: Apple only supplies new genuine screens for iPhone 12 and newer. For iPhone 8 through iPhone 11 Pro Max, the two available tiers are LCD copy and premium aftermarket OLED. If you specifically want a genuine Apple display on an older iPhone, we can sometimes source one used from a donor handset — ask when you book.

Older than iPhone 8? Get in touch — parts availability drops off but we've kept kit for legacy repairs where we can.
Mall kiosks use cheap aftermarket parts without telling you which tier you're getting. Chain stores don't let you wait during the repair. Apple Stores won't fit you in for a fortnight. And nobody else in the area offers all three screen tiers with honest labelling.

If we can't complete the repair, you pay nothing. You only pay for a repair that's worked. Simple.
