My older iPad won't update past iOS 15 — is the battery the problem?

Can I bring multiple iPads at once?
Yes — household, school, or small-business sets are common. Drop them all off, we'll work through them, and you can collect at the end of the day. Trade pricing applies if you're a school or business with several devices.

Send us a message or call with your exact iPad model — including the year and storage if you can find it (under Settings > General > About). iPad parts are more model-specific than iPhone parts and we don't stock every variant.
